It is time to help rescue Angelina, Elizabeth's best friend, and ensure her the wonderful life and family that she deserves!

The Clark family has met their fundraising goals for their adoption for Elizabeth, and now are working very hard to try and rescue Elizabeth's best friend Angelina! When Nina, Elizabeth's mom, told me she would be working to save Angelina, how on earth could I not jump on board??

Cost Breakdown

Here is an approximate breakdown of the costs for international adoption. Remember, Elizabeth's family did not ask for my help.  I wanted to help them because the longer it takes for them to raise the money, the longer Elizabeth stays in an institution and the less likely her survival.  It's time to act!

Approximate Costs
Application Fee $250.00-$500.00
Consultation Fee $1000.00
Agency/Placement Fee $7000.00-$9000.00
Foreign Program Fee $15,000.00-$19,000.00
Passports $500.00

USCIS fee $750
Background Checks $25.00
Home study $2000.00
Birth Certificates (Need Many Copies) $38.00
Apostilles $100.00-$600.00
Visas $200.00-$500 (need one per trip per person) international adoption usually requires two trips
Airfare $600.00-$3000.00
Daily Expenses while visiting including translator and transportation $200.00-$400.00 a day
Visa for the child $380.00
Child's Medical Exam $100.00-$125.00
Hotels/Apartment Rental in Country where Child is located $300.00-$3000.00

I got the numbers from looking at several family's breakdowns of their costs for their specific adoption.  I am not sure if this is the exact breakdown for Elizabeth's family, but it is not far off.  My understanding is their adoption will run in excess of $30,000.00!

Also, Elizabeth's family would eventually be able to come up with this money, but Elizabeth does not have months and years.  She has less and less chance survival the longer she stays in the mental institution.  That is why this money is so important. * Remember all donations are tax deductible.*
